What part of the following is hard to understand?

And that is PLAINLY written in at least one place — sometimes two — all over my site.

Once a month or so I run various programs to ensure that my images are not being used without my permission. And yet tonight I discovered that a site on Blogger had taken photos from this post called “Living Like A Local at Coogee Beach in Sydney, Australia” from December 2010.

The blogger in question is called Beach World and they have violated my copyright and used TWO of my images from the post on my site without payment or attribution.

If you click on the two links, you can plainly see that they have snagged MY photos for THEIR site.

They have been reported to Blogger for copyright violation, I will take further legal action if necessary, and from now on I will name and shame EVERY single person who attempts anything like this!

But wait — here is ANOTHER one — a site called q8concierge that snagged one of my images from my agency fotolibra — and you can see the watermark for fotolibra still ON their posting of my picture. This one is way down at the bottom and it shows the interior of the Van Gogh Museum shop.

Disgusting — simply disgusting that people think it is ethical to use other people’s work without paying for it.

POSTSCRIPT
1. My complaint to q8concierge.com has received a rapid response and they have removed my Van Gogh Museum Shop image.
2. Beach World is ignoring the cease-and-desist notice from Blogger. So I am moving forward with a formal complaint to the panel of legal experts at Chilling Effects so that Beach World’s violations of copyright are made VERY public!

POSTSCRIPT #2
1. My complaint to Google regarding the site Beach World, a Blogger site, has been answered.
2. The contents of that page have been completely removed to comply with copyright laws.
3. Hooray!
